About the Awards

For more than a decade the Greater Richmond Chamber and the Richmond Human Resources Management Association have been recognizing the best practices of organizations throughout the Greater Richmond Region … isn’t it time we recognized your organization?

The Richmond Human Resources Management Association (RHRMA) and the Greater Richmond Chamber’s Workforce Development initiative are pleased to once again host the Annual Employer All Star Awards. This awards program supports the 3 E’s (employment, education and economic development) in building a quality workforce in Greater Richmond and continues to honor achievements of both public and private sector organizations in workforce best practices.

RHRMA’s membership pledge states that we will "strive to make our employers profitable both in monetary terms and through the support and encouragement of effective employment practices." It is our belief that the employers who are recognized demonstrate an understanding of the value that excellent workforce practices can bring to business.

RHRMA, GRC and the GRC's Workforce Development program are pleased to salute all organizations that have developed exemplary programs for their forces as well as those companies that support these awards through their sponsorship contributions.
