The Best Recruitment, Engagement & Retention Practices Award recognizes employers with the most effective recruiting and hiring systems, who give their employees a voice in the business strategy and decisions, shows appreciation for employees through rewards and recognition, and encourages balance between professional and business life. Nomination for Best Recruitment, Engagement & Retention Practices Award Community Involvement Award. The Community Involvement Award recognizes employers that demonstrate stewardship through volunteering significant time and/or resources in support of charitable organizations, educational organizations, community service groups, and/or significant community projects or programs. Nomination for Community Involvement Award Diversity Excellence Award. The Diversity Excellence Award recognizes employers that 1) are making proactive efforts to improve the inclusiveness and diversity in their workplace and 2) demonstrate a commitment to the added value that diversity and inclusiveness brings to their organizations and their communities.
